Still practice
Yin & Restore
Long, supported holds on bolsters and blankets to unwind the week.
Overview
Yin poses are held for three to five minutes, gently stressing the connective tissue around the hips, spine and shoulders. Restorative poses are fully supported so the body can let go completely.
The room is lit by candles and the class closes with a short guided relaxation. Many students tell us it's the best sleep of their week.
