About Mira

Mira co-founded the studio in 2008 after eight years designing museums and libraries in Copenhagen and Rotterdam. She leads our cultural, education and housing work.

She teaches a graduate design studio at the Illinois School of Architecture and chairs the city’s design review panel.

A public building should feel like it has always belonged to the people who use it.
