The project
One hundred and twelve co-operative homes in a warm red brick that picks up the colour of the old foundry buildings next door.
Every apartment is dual aspect, and every one has a deep loggia big enough for a table for four.
Shared spaces are placed where people naturally meet: a laundry café at the entrance, a workshop off the courtyard and a roof garden with allotments.
