How we charge
Usually as a percentage of the construction cost, agreed at the start. Smaller or early-stage work can be charged at a
fixed fee or hourly.
Yes. Most of our projects are in the Midwest, but we have built across the US and in Europe.
We design a small number of extensions and interiors each year, typically from $250,000 construction cost.
