A spa that feels like a friend's beautiful home
Velvet Rose began when founder Charlotte Ames bought a tired townhouse on Magnolia Row and spent two years restoring it: heart pine floors, tall windows and a walled garden with an old magnolia tree.
Today the house has eight treatment rooms, a couples suite, a thermal suite with a garden pool and a four-chair salon. It still feels like a home, just a very calm one.
