James Carter and Olivia Bennett opened our first office on Biscayne Boulevard with a promise: tell clients the truth, even when it isn't what they want to hear.

Eighteen years later we have 48 agents in 12 cities, and that promise is still the first thing new agents learn.

We opened our first offices outside Florida.

A family bungalow in Nashville took us past the milestone.
