Lumen lamp app
A companion app that makes a smart lamp feel like a light switch again.
The problem
Lumen's lamp is gorgeous. Its first app needed six taps to turn it on. Reviews were brutal, and returns were climbing.
I redesigned the app around a single big dial, added scenes that follow the sun and made setup possible without creating an account.
