Started at a kitchen table, still personal
Margaret Ellison left a national accounting firm in 2004 to start Ledgerwell from her kitchen table. Her first twelve clients were neighbours who wanted someone to explain their taxes, not just file them.
Twenty-two years later we are 46 people, but every client still has a named adviser, and we still explain everything in plain English.
