Delivery questions

Orders placed before 1pm ET ship the same day, Monday to Friday.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 and $9 below that. Express next-day delivery is $18 anywhere in the contiguous US.

Standard orders arrive in 2–4 working days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Yes, to Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery.

All of it. We use recycled cardboard boxes, tissue paper and paper tape, with no plastic anywhere.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days.

You can return any unworn item with its tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns within the US are free.

Start a return and choose “exchange”. We send the new size as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier, so you are not left waiting.

Refunds are issued within 3 working days of your return reaching us, to the original payment method.

Yes. Sale items can be returned within 14 days for a refund or store credit.

Care & repairs

Email us a photo of the damage. We send a prepaid label, mend the piece in our New York studio and post it back within three weeks, free of charge.

Every order is wrapped in tissue. Add a gift note at checkout and we will leave the receipt out.
