Our commitment

Vector is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or technology choices.

Expected behaviour

Be kind, be curious and assume good intent. Respect people's boundaries, including their pronouns, their personal space and their choice not to be photographed (look for the red lanyards).

Unacceptable behaviour

Harassment includes offensive comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwanted photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks and inappropriate physical contact. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate in any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties and online channels.

If you see something, say something. Our team is here to help, every hour of the event.

Reporting

Speak to any organiser wearing a green lanyard, call our safety line on +1 (555) 019-3399 or email safety@omnira-vectorconf.com. Every report is handled confidentially.

Consequences

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behaviour is expected to comply immediately. Organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the event without a refund.
